With this in mind we have developed support structures to ensure our high pass rates are maintained including a mentoring programme, paid study leave and grinds.
With our high rate of exam success, many of our graduates progress quickly through the firm to manager and partner level.

In addition, with day to day access and support from partners and senior managers you'll learn fast!
Burning the midnight oil is extremely rare in our team – have no doubt, we expect you to work hard ensuring our clients’ needs are met, but we also recognise the need for a balance between work and play. Early Friday finish during the summer months as well as gym membership contributions are just two of the benefits our team enjoy.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and hard-working graduates with good communication skills who want to qualify as Chartered Accountants in a progressive firm which provides a broad range of experience. We also want you if you’re a team player and you’re driven to ensure you give your all for your career progression and for the benefit of clients.
Candidates should be degree-qualified, preferably in a business discipline.
